Hi, when Volfix shows the balance after my trades it shows the total without commissions. R Trader shows the balance taking into account commissions. How can I Volfix make show the balance like in R Trader? I do not want to enter any trading fees into volfix as they differ from login to login (I have three logins).

Other platforms take the data directly from Rithmic, Volfix does not seem to do so. Also when I set up a Rithmic connection, I cannot chose any geographical area like Europe, Frankfurt. How come that Volfix handles Rithmic differently?

I have a problem with my software, it wont let me Login.

I signed up for the free trial version of 14 days. I became a E-mail with my Login Credidentials.

I downloaded the software on Windows, opened the file and put all the Login details I became from the Email. 

So now the problem is that it wont let me Login. 

When I enter all my Login details and press Login, it come up an error that says its "Cant use trial version"

So Im coming here after 1h of trying to login into my account.

I hope somebody has a solution for this problem. Thank you

What is the name of the Volfix CME data server? (cqg, rithmic, other?).

Is it possible to use the Volfix stream on 2 programs at the same time, for example Volfix and Bookmap (with Rithmic), to name just these two. You will understand, the goal is to reduce connection costs.

A Volfix option without the corresponding associated flow could undoubtedly interest some traders with this approach; similarly a Volfix CME currencies proposal without the shares and the rest would be useful.

A version accessing your server database with password, telephone number, I wonder...?

On the other hand, personally, I would happily pay for an "add-on, third party" application with monthly subscription, developed by Volfix developers with my ideas or others... is it feasible. ?. Any idea of the price per day or per line?...

This will certainly seem contradictory to you..., however, I still remain a "fan" of Volfix for several years.

Unfortunately I have a problem with the graphical display on Mac OS (VolFix Anywhere)

I have a second additional monitor (49 inch Samsung Odyssey)

The charts are not displayed properly on this one (I added a photo)
The resoltution is native 5120x1440 (normal)

Also on my third monitor (27 inch fullHD I have the same problem.

However, all other programs work without any problems.

Can you please help me to solve this problem.

Например у меня риск на сделку 100$ как мне узнать сколько это в pips на крипте?
Или например я хочу поставить стоп за low. До этого low цене идти условно 250pips. Как мне рассчитать сколько стоят эти 250pips в деньгах и контрактов соответственно.

Здравствуйте. Текущий календарь безусловно крутой с вынесенной самой важной информацией, за что большой Вам респект. Но все же если добавить импорт в календарь, чтоб не бегать по разным источникам каждый день, которых у каждого трейдера минимум по два, а раз в неделю экспортировать и иметь в одном месте все необходимые новости было бы круто. А если еще добавите и алерты, так это вообще будет сказка.
