Demo does not start

yesterday I downloaded the free Trial. Every time Im trying to start the app (Windows 10) I get the message: "unable to connect to the Server: Please check the Internet and try again." 

System ist 64bit. Internet works well.

Any seggustions what Im doing wrong?
