Cluster Alert

Hey Developers,

It would be great if you add an alarm for the clusters, that only alerts if there are formed multiple clusters - for example 2 oder 3 Cluster in a Short period (for example 5min )

It would be a nice add on if you get a notification to your phone VolFix.NET App
