Some Ticker not available

Hi,

I purchased the subcription " All available Futures Exchanges (inc. Crypto)(except MOEX)
1 Monat(e) / 125.6 EUR " but cannot add ticker like nio, xpev, amc in Order Window or Cluster Profile.

Please response me if I am doing something wrong or if I bought the false subscription package.

What is the symbols, from what exchange?

Symbols like: 

NIO Limited (NIO)

NYSE,

AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC)

NYSE,

Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR)

NYSE

You have subscription for  Futures Exchanges , don't have stocks.

which subscription is the right one for my purpose and it should also work with cqg? If I pay the remaining fee for that and can I get the access?
